Brazil Santos — Medium Roast
Elegant and smooth with rich cocoa notes. Grown in volcanic loam across Paraná and São Paulo at 750–1,050M by Fazenda Santa Barbara. Pulped natural and sun-dried.
Colombia — Medium Roast
Dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellín at 1,300–1,500M. Fully washed and solar-dried to protect every note.
Costa Rica — Medium Roast
Sweet apple, raisin, and honey. Micro farms in Alajuela at 1,300–1,445M. Eco-pulped and sun-dried for a clean, bright finish.
Ethiopia — Medium-Light Roast
Milk chocolate, fruity, caramel. Indigenous heirloom cultivars from the Sidama Zone at 1,700–1,900M. Full natural process, hand-sorted, dried on raised beds.
Honduras — Medium-Dark Roast
Caramel, spice, brown sugar. 1,500 cooperative growers from Café Orgánico Marcala at 1,300–1,700M. Fully washed and sun-dried.
Tanzania — Medium-Light Roast
Pear, floral jasmine, strawberry. Small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region at 1,200–1,900M. Fully washed and dried on raised beds.
