Don Franky-Honduras
Bold, sweet, and built by a community of 1,500 growers.
Honduras is one of Central America's most exciting coffee origins — and this lot from Marcala proves it. Caramel sweetness, warm spice, and rich brown sugar define a medium-dark roast that's bold without being harsh. Sourced from 1,500 grower-members of Café Orgánicos Marcala, grown at 1,300–1,700M in clay mineral soil, fully washed and sun-dried for a clean, expressive cup.
